Sizing Help?

  • Our sizing guide was created to help you find an Ali + Liv bikini that will make you feel comfortable and confident! What are Ali + Liv Swimwear suits made of?

  • Our suits are made to be soft and durable just for you! They are 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex.

How do I care for my suit?

  • When choosing our swimsuits and fabrics we wanted to ensure they were not only soft and durable but also easy to care for.

  • Please follow the instructions below to keep your Ali + Liv swimsuit in the best condition possible:

    • We recommend you wash your suit in cold water once you are done wearing it for the day, especially if you have been wearing sunscreen and/or oils.

    • Lay your suit flat to dry (preferably in the shade). Laying your suit to dry in the direct sunlight may cause a fading of colour.

    • We recommend that you do not hang your bathing suit to dry as it can alter the shape.

    • Make sure your suit is fully dry before putting it away.

Is Ali + Liv Swimwear in retail stores? Where can I try on suits?

  • If you are a local retailer/boutique we would love to hear from you! We are currently looking for retail spaces for Spring/Summer 2021. 

  • We also host pop-up shops! Keep an eye out on our instagram to see when a pop-up near you is happening.

How soon should I expect my suit to ship?

  • We aim to have all orders shipped out within 2-3 business days from being placed. Orders that are placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be shipped the following business day.

  • We are not responsible for any delays in deliver that may result from customs.

Can I change or edit my order?

  • Once an order is placed we are unfortunately not able to make any changes.

  • Please ensure before you checkout that all products, sizes, and information is accurate.

What is your return policy?

  • If you wish to return a suit, please note we will only accept unworn/unwashed suits.  We will accept all suits that are shipped back in their original packaging and have all liners/tags still in tact.  Please note we only accept returns within 7 days of delivery.  In order for your return to apply to this, please note we will need proof return within 7 days of receiving your parcel. (Ex: Tracking number for return shipment). 
  • If you wish to return an item, please e-mail us at aliandlivswimwear@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. 
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

  • Ali + Liv Swimwear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

How do I return an item?

  • Please e-mail us at aliandlivswimwear@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Please check all items you wish to return and ensure they are in perfect condition, as we will not accept items that are worn or damaged.

  • Ship your package to the address provided on the form.

  • We are not liable for returns lost in transit.

  • Once we receive your return, we will e-mail you confirming we have received the order.

What items are refundable or not refundable?

  • SALE items are NOT refundable.

  • All regular priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and not damaged can be issued a refund.  Please see above for our return policy.  

  • If you have any further questions please note you can reach out to us via e-mail or our live chat - we are happy to help in any way that we can. 

Will I have to pay taxes/duties?

  • If you are located outside of Canada you may be charged taxes and duties on your order.  Please note these charges will not/are not calculate in the total price upon checkout.  All duties/additional taxes will be issued by your country's custom office accordingly. 

I would like to cancel my order.

  • Please e-mail us immediately at aliandlivswimwear@outlook.com with your order number and we will be able to do this.

  • If the order has already been processed and is out for shipping we unfortunately cannot cancel your order.

What currency are your prices in?

  • All of our products sold online are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • Apple Pay

Shipping Inquiries?

  • We recently started shipping internationally! Please note all international orders (excluding Canada and the United States of America) can take anywhere from 8-20 business days.

  • We now ship to: Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, UK, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and France. 
  • Please note, you may experience some shipping delays due to COVID-19 and the high volumes carriers are experiencing during this time.

  • Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The cost of duties are established by your local custom authorities. If you would like more information, please check your local customs website.

  • Ali + Liv Swimwear does not cover any of these charges such as duties and taxes.
